Made-to-Order Items
- All products marked as Made-to-Order are specially produced or customised to the customer’s specifications.
- As such, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item is proven to be faulty or not as described.
Customer Agreement
- At the time of purchase, customers are required to confirm their understanding of this policy by ticking the box provided on the product page before checkout.
- By ticking this box, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
  - The item is being made specifically to their order.
  - The order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- In such cases, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our statutory obligations
